Everyone loves pizza in the world. This is a hungarian flavor and italian pasta 🙂 Easy, fast and fun! AND YOUR!
Create your home for your family or friends. When I first made it, I didn’t believe I was so clever and straightforward 😀
Ingredients:
- 2 mug whole flavour
- 2/3 mug warm water
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 teaspoon dry yeast
Method:
- The base : Put the warm water into a bowl, then stir in the yeast and sugar. If you mixed it, add it flour, oil and salt. If you stick the dough, add some flour again. Punch down the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured work surface. Knead for another minute or so, then cut into 2 equal portions and shape into rounds.
Lightly flour the dough, then cover with a kitchen towel and let rest for another 30 minutes to an hour while you prepare the sauce and any other ingredients. Preheat the oven, between 200˚C. Place a pizza stone, heavy baking sheet. You can make cheese on the edge of the dough, it will be very delicious 🙂 - The tomato sauce :Mix the passata, basil, oregano and crushed garlic together, then season to taste. You can make ham, onions, sausages, mushrooms, vegetables, many and different cheeses and seafood on your pizza.
